Insurance/Income Protection (Hide Details)

 

Health care (Medical and Dental)
Full-time and part-time associates who work at least 1,000 hours per year and their eligible dependents may qualify for medical, dental and vision coverage.

Basic Life Insurance
Basic Group Term Life Insurance for full-time and part-time associates is provided through the Motorists Life Insurance Company.

Supplemental Life Insurance
Supplemental Life Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance and Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment are additional coverages that full-time associates may elect.

Appreciation Plan
The Appreciation Plan provides eligible associates a payment if the company meets operational goals during each calendar year. When earned, the payment is made in March and is accompanied by a daylong celebration.

Associate Referral Bonus Program
Associates can earn between $500 - $2,000 when referring applicants for many positions within the company.

 

MAX Service Award

Recognizes associates for possesing an attitude and commitment to providing legendary service to sales representatives, policyholders, and colleagues.
